This document’s purpose is to answer any frequently asked questions that may arise to an individual before game day. It has information pertaining to most FAQ game day questions. Bag Policy
CHI Memorial Stadium & the Chattanooga Red Wolves SC reserve the right to deny any person upon entry due to bag size & contents.
- Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag.
- A clear bag must be no larger than 12ʺ x 12ʺ x 6ʺ. One-gallon clear freezer bags (Ziploc or similar) are allowed as well.
- Non-clear clutches are not permitted.
- Diaper bag items are encouraged to also be in a clear bag, but are allowed; each fan that brings in a diaper bag that is not clear will be subject to a thorough check by security before entering the stadium.
- Clear bags for any medical emergency equipment are encouraged, but bags used specifically for medical emergency material will be allowed; each bag is subject to a thorough check by security.
- Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
- Blankets should be carried over the shoulder to be screened more quickly.
- Small cameras, binoculars, and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
Smoke Free Policy
- CHI Memorial Stadium is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free venue. The use of any tobacco based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the stadium or within the concourse, is strictly prohibited. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All Season Ticket, Executive Club and Executive Club Suite holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their accompanying guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Tickets
- Tickets may be purchased online or in person at the box office.
- Tickets will still be scanned at the gate upon entry and scanned again if there’s a reason for re-entry (inclement weather, etc.)
Re-entry
- Re-entry is allowed providing that the ticket that was used upon arrival is presented upon re-entry.
Inclement Weather
- In the case of inclement weather, all fans will be asked to leave the stands and either go to the Executive Club Concourse or exit the stadium to their cars; an announcement will be made on Twitter when it is safe to re-enter the stadium.
- Per USL League One Policy, in the event of inclement wether, the match will resume 30 minutes after the most recent strike.
Fan Code of Conduct
In an effort to foster a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable atmosphere, the following fan conduct is prohibited by the USL:
- Abusive, harassing, threatening, disruptive, or violent behavior toward players, coaches, front office staff, match officials, or fans.
- The use of language or display of gestures, symbols, signs, or imagery that would reasonably be considered threatening, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory in nature, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation. Platforms for display include clothing, signage, chants, social media posts, or any other communication methods.
- Illegal conduct of any kind, including:
- Consumption of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21
- Irresponsible consumption of alcohol
- Consumption of controlled substances
- Fighting or inciting violence
- Any conduct that does not abide by both the venue’s and the USL’s smoke device policy. Adherence to this policy includes the use of approved devices, timing of use, locations, safety precautions, and users with signed waivers on file.
- Non-compliance with venue policies and following directions from venue staff regarding compliance with the Code of Conduct, stadium policies, safety actions, and emergency procedures.
- Interfering with the progress of a match, including entering the field of play or surrounding area, throwing objects (including on or towards the field of play), or declining to promptly return a ball that has gone out of play.
- Entering or attempting to gain access to any location other than what is explicitly permitted by one’s ticket.
Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct will result in sanctions as deemed applicable by the United Soccer League office and the Chattanooga Red Wolves SC, including but not limited to warnings, ejections, venue bans, removal of supporter privileges, or arrest.
Supporter Code of Conduct
Exit & Entry points for the supporter’s group are located through the main entrance.
The supporter group at the Chattanooga Red Wolves SC has a designated spot within the CHI Memorial Stadium. This designated section, referred to as “Alpha Zone,” is located directly behind the goal.
The following list is not allowed during any Chattanooga Red Wolves SC match:
- Unapproved smoke bombs*
- Bullhorns
- Foul, abusive, or derogatory language
The Chattanooga Red Wolves SC and CHI Memorial Stadium reserve the right to deny any tifo or signage into the venue. Any sign or tifo that is offensive, explicit, racist, homophobic, or otherwise in bad taste will not be permitted in the venue. The display of any large sign or banner must be coordinated with and approved by the home ticketing team prior to the match.
- Traveling supporters are not permitted to bring in signage, tifo, or smoke bombs to the CHI Memorial Stadium, unless it is otherwise approved by the Chattanooga Red Wolves SC ticketing team more than one week advance of the match.
Executive Club Suite and Executive Club Fan Code of Conduct
To provide the best fan experience for all Executive Club and Executive Suite Holders, the following policies have been put into place in addi8on to the above-mentioned Fan Code of Conduct:
- Attempting to provide access to the Executive Club or Suites to patrons who do not possess sufficient credentials.
- No children shall be allowed to run or climb in the Executive Club or Executive Club Suites.
- All children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- There shall be no alcohol brought into the Executive Club or Executive Club Suites at any time; anything brought into the Executive Club or Executive Club Suites must be approved in advance by the Stadium Director.
- There shall be no tobacco or smoking devices brought into the Executive Club or Executive Club Suites. All Season Ticket, Executive Club and Executive Club Suite holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their accompanying guests and/or persons using their tickets.
- Alcohol will not be served after the 75th minute to any Fan, Season Ticket, Executive Club and Executive Club Suite holders.
CHI Memorial Stadium reserves the right to escort any Season Ticket, Executive Club, Executive Club Suite holders and their guests off the premises for violation of any of the above behavior or actions.
Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct will result in sanctions as deemed applicable by the United Soccer League office and the Member Club, including but not limited to warnings, ejections, venue bans, removal of supporter privileges, or arrest.
Prohibited Item List
- Outside alcoholic beverages, cans, bottles, and coolers
- Outside food, snacks, and beverages
- Radios without headphones
- Umbrellas: fans are encouraged to bring raincoats, pullovers, or ponchos
- Video cameras, professional cameras, or cameras with detachable lenses, unless approved by the Chattanooga Red Wolves SC ticketing team
- Stadium seats with arms
- Folding chairs or camp chairs
- Weapons of any kind, including pocketknives
- Selfie sticks
- Vuvuzelas
- Drones
- Confetti
- Fireworks
- Bikes, inline and roller skates, skateboard, scooters, shoes with wheels
- Any non-clear bag, backpack, or purse that does not fall under a diaper bag or medical emergency bag.
