Ticket Sales – Intern Position with Commission on Closed Sales
Overview
The Developmental Ticket Sales Representative position includes a daily call requirement and commission earned on closed sales with the Chattanooga Red Wolves Soccer Club. This role focuses on gaining hands-on sales experience while building and nurturing new client relationships to drive revenue through season ticket sales, group ticket sales, and renewals. Representatives are expected to meet daily and weekly performance goals and accurately track activity in an Excel spreadsheet.
Merchandise Support
Overview
The Chattanooga Red Wolves are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandise Intern to support game day merchandise operations and in-office inventory management throughout the 2026 season. This role is ideal for someone interested in sports operations, retail, or event management and who enjoys interacting with fans in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on site 2 hours before gates open to set up pop up merchandise stand.
- Interact with fans and process sales through Square
- Breakdown and lock up merchandise stand after Halftime
- In office 2-3 days a week to process shipments, collect/deliver product from vendors, and entering new inventory into Square
- Inventory tracking as needed throughout the season
Social Media Intern
Overview
The Chattanooga Red Wolves are seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Social Media / Marketing Intern to support matchday content creation, social media execution, and league communications throughout the 2026 season. This role is ideal for someone pursuing experience in sports marketing, digital media, or communications and who thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
Responsibilities
- Weekly Social Media Posts as directed by calendar or Marketing Director
- Arrive on gameday approximately 3 hours prior to kickoff
- Assist with prematch social media posts, in game social media posts, or in game photo/video as required
- Knowledge of Canva is preferred
- Assist in creating the PA script for each match
Stadium Operations Manager Intern
Overview
The Stadium Operations Manager Intern will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a professional sports venue by working closely with the Stadium Operations Manager. This role provides exposure to event planning, staff coordination, and game-day execution in collaboration with the Chattanooga Red Wolves front office. The intern will assist with scheduling personnel and vendors, participate in operational meetings, support beverage planning, and help oversee maintenance and event staff during matches. Through observation, training, and supervised leadership opportunities, the intern will develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue a career in stadium and event operations.
Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist the Stadium Operations Manager with daily operational tasks
- Support scheduling and coordination of staff, vendors, security personnel, EMS, and other event partners
- Attend operational and planning meetings with the Chattanooga Red Wolves front office to understand collaboration and game-day decision-making
- Assist in directing and executing game-day procedures in alignment with event plans
- Help develop menus and pricing for stadium beverage offerings
- Support oversight of all game-day staff, including field crew, parking team,ushers, bartenders, and other customer service personnel
- Engage in customer service operations and fan experience management during events
- Participate in hands-on training to prepare for leading operational responsibilities during a match
- Take lead on assigned match operations under supervision to build confidence and professional readiness for a career in stadium operations
